Lots of things have happened very quickly at the Mid-Sussex Community Garden!
The poly tunnel is up and looking great, doors are on and we're adding finishing touches inside, including long work benches and a composted bed through the middle.
A new wood storage area is well underway, the compost beds are done, lots of new paths have been laid, donations and resources are being organised and stored. We've had a flurry of new volunteers recently, and I can't tell you how much the help is appreciated.
This neglected patch of land is looking more and more tamed by the week.
Plans are coming together, separating and making distinct areas, lists of things we need are being drawn up and constantly added to, and plans for our plant sale at the beginning of May are taking shape.
